Flowers

In the Parc de Cervantes are not only roses but also other oh so beautiful flowers.

Roses

The other day we went to 'La Rosaleda', the rose garden in the Parc Cervantes. I always am so impressed by the beauty created by the nature. I do not find words for it, I am just overwhelmed by the colours, forms and lovely smells that exist.

Here some pictures of the roses. Later I will show you some other flowers.

This weekend is the Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona. I would have loved to go, but it´s too expansive...and I could not decide neither which day to go. So I will enjoy my weekend with some walks and music at home.

Diamond Tea Towel

Some time ago Iris of the lovely blog Enigheid did a give-away and I was the lucky winner of this beautiful Diamond tea towel by Rie Elise Larsen. You should have a look at Iris' beautiful blog where I love to pass by. Thank you Iris for this little gift and the card you sent.

A sunday walk on the Montjuïc, where flora, fauna and the city live close together.

Since days I want to clean up my memory card from the camera and my pc but I still did not have (or better took) the time for it. Meanwhile, as I did not want to let pass by too much time, here some colours for you. Spring has arrived, hello!









And as yesterday was a day off, today a colourful song.

Hope you all had a good week so far! Today i could strike out two items on my mental “to do“list (i do not really like the name of it, “to do“). So today was a really good day. What better than to finish this day with a little music moment. Atticus by The Noisettes. Have a good night! xx

Huhuuu anyone there? I got lost in life, haha. Found a new home and am happy. Weekend mornings in sunshine with coffee and a book or just watching the day. I longed almost 3 year for it and finally found a good place.

Maybe I will be back here more often. In the meantime I share some Wednesday Music with you.

Cabo de Gata - Níjar

At the end of January I went to visit a friend of mine who is 'overwintering' in Andalusia as the winter in Germany is too cold to live in the bus. We stayed with in her bus at the 'Cala del Plomo' a little beach that forms part of the 'Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata - Níjar'.
Such a great week! Waking up with the sunrise, breathing pure and fresh air and taking some quick baths in the cold sea. And what an interesting and dry but beautiful countryside that is, so different! Those 'Spaghetti-Western' have been shot there. Wandering around you understand why and are able to almost see cowboys riding their horses!

These pictures are taken in San José, a tiny village that you can only reach by walking over the hills or by boat from the next town. There might be living around 10 people, peacefully, in their own built tiny houses.

Oh how I loved to be there, having time to think and to relax.
